Cathode Canvas Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, all sales at Cathode Canvas are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any orders, with very limited exceptions.

Made-to-Order & Permanent Encasing Every set of X-ray markers is entirely made to order. Because your specific layout and details are permanently encased in a solid epoxy resin, these items cannot be altered, dismantled, or resold to anyone else. Once a marker is poured and cured, it is uniquely yours.

Exceptions for Shop Errors The only exception to our no-refund policy is if an issue was directly caused by us. If you receive a marker with incorrect details, the wrong design, or a distinct manufacturing defect on our end, please let us know. We will happily replace the item or issue a refund to make things right.

USPS Shipping Delays Please note that once your order is handed over to the postal service, we have absolutely no control over USPS mail delays, routing times, or transit issues. We cannot issue refunds for packages that arrive later than expected due to carrier delays.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
